  If I could give a zero rating I seriously would. I have been trying to set up my online banking and the girl I talked to on the phone was full of attitude and seriously disrespectful and completely unhelpful telling me I had to go in to a branch to be helped. I go into the branch and waste my time standing in line to be told they can't give me any information on a JOINT account without speaking to my husband. This is absolutely ridiculous customer service. Use another financial institution. You'll be better off.

  This place is unorganized. People that work there havw no idea what they doing. Seems like they don't care about their customers at all. I hate the customer service here. I honestly think they need should hire new stuff. I waited for 1 hr to sign my papers for the loan that was approved yesterday.
