  I was really happy with my service here! Everyone was friendly and helpful and I never once felt like they were trying to rush me out or oversell me. After replacing my lost debit card, my banker even bothered to follow up!

  I was travelling through and had 500 dollars in 20s. I asked if it were possible to get 100 dollar bills. I have an account with a bank from hawaii. Since i did not have an account with them, the manager, a black haired lady, denied to help me due to fraud concerns. What? I went accross the street to smiths and they helped me out. They were more competent to verify the genuine character of my bills than that manager. This lady is lucky she doesn't have a boss like me because I would not keep someone like that repredenting the branch.

  Wells Fargo does not value it's long standing customers. I have a 20 year history with them.... They don't care, I can't close all of my accounts fast enough to get the hell out of there. The only thing they have going is Johnnie the drive up teller. She is amazing and I will miss her. :( If I could give 0 stars,that would be more appropriate Run don't walk some where else where maybe you will be valued.
